Corrales Bosque Gallery Member Portal — Terms of Service

1. About this Portal

The Corrales Bosque Gallery Member Portal ("the Portal") is a private, internal-use software application operated by Corrales Bosque Gallery ("CBG," "we," "us") for the exclusive use of CBG's authorized members, artists, administrators, and finance personnel. The Portal is not offered for sale, license, or use by the general public.

2. Eligibility

Access is granted only to individuals who have been issued credentials by a CBG administrator. Users must be (a) members or artists associated with CBG, (b) authorized contractors or service providers, or (c) members of CBG's governing committees.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the Portal solely for the purposes for which CBG has granted you access: viewing your sales statements, submitting shift preferences, participating in gallery operations, and administering gallery business.

You may not: (a) share your credentials with any third party; (b) attempt to access data of other members beyond what your role permits; (c) reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Portal's software; (d) use the Portal in any manner that violates law or CBG's bylaws.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Report any suspected compromise to CBG immediately at art@corralesbosquegallery.com.

5. Third-Party Services

The Portal integrates with third-party services including (without limitation) QuickBooks Online (Intuit), Square, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Google Workspace. Your use of those services through the Portal is subject to each provider's own terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CBG makes no warranty that the Portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose beyond CBG's internal operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.

8. Termination

CBG may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to ending your membership or contractor relationship with the gallery.

9. Changes

CBG may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active Portal users.
